Punching

The relaxation of punching. It helps me calm down, when I am angry. Some people pretend that the punching bag is the person that they are mad at. I just punch. And Punch. It is a great way to get your anger out, and to also get some exercise in! I suggest to you, that even if you don't have a punching bag, you should still just punch the air. It is actually quite fun.

Boom, boom, pow!
The feeling as your hand hits the bag
like you just won a trophy, and ran a marathon
Feeling strong, and powerful, like you could run for president
(Not that anyone would vote for you)
( or, for that matter no cause to run for)
but, anyway the 250 pound punching bag just moved
you moved 250 pounds with your fist
forget being president
I could be Superman
Wait,
better yet, Wonder woman
a 250 pound punch
