“Lion Down” Analysis Lincoln Stone’s Tolerance For Children

In the novel “Lion Down” by Stuart Gibbs on page 52 the author compiled, “What on Earth are you doing here with a kid? This isn’t a daycare. It’s my home.” This quote shows, Lincoln’s tolerance for children (no matter what accomplishments they have) who are in his vicinity. This is yet another example on how Lincoln’s TV personnel is so contrary from how he actually acts behind cameras or when the cameras are turned off. Showing, Lincoln (like many celebrities) are not always as it seems.

In the novel “Lion Down” by Stuart Gibbs on page 51 the author compiled, “‘He didn’t treat King very nicely,’ Grayson said.” This shows, Lincoln Stone could have easily killed his dog and framed Rocket (mountain lion). Originally I would have suspected Lincoln’s dog was his prized possession. Now that I heard the other side of the story (or really the truth) from his neighbors, Grayson. Though this is a surprise it is not unexpected, since things are not always as they seem with Lincoln Stone (as you may have noticed in previous analysis entries). Thu, this is the main turning point for the reader since how they do not rule out Lincoln as a prime suspect in the killing of his dog, King.

"Lion Down" Analysis Teddy Cougar Concern

In the novel “Lion Down” by Stuart Gibbs on page 39 the author compiles, “‘Not anywhere close to the tourists,’ Tommy said reassuringly. ‘Over on the back side, near where they’re building the theme park rides.’ ‘I live right next to where they’re building the theme park rides!’ I exclaimed.” This displays to the reader, Teddy is really concerned about the whereabouts of the cougar because in the past three daysit has been near his house. This would prove a problem to teddy because he is trying to protect the cougar from getting hunted, but it might attack him, his family, or anyone in or near theur trailer park. Thus, proving a monumental battle for Teddy since it is his life at danger of the dangerous cougar.
