Why cereal is the best breakfast food:

Well honestly, there is no better energy food than some quality morning cereal. I am not talking about Fruit Loops, Frosted Flakes, or Apple Jacks. I am theorizing the nutrition for those healthy cereals with no food coloring. The pure grains, with healthy oats. Even Mighty Wheats is eligable under the catergory of healthy cereals. First, these types of healthy cereals power your day with energy until lunch time. As this will hold your hunger over until your next meal. Second, it is, as the name suggests, very healthy and good nutrition for your body. These types of healthy cereals can assist your heart in being healthy itself by feeding your body quality energy. Finally, despite those healthy cereals having no sugar...they taste pretty darn good. It is these healthy cereals that will power our day. No wonder cereals like these are so important for humans during breakfast.
