Winter and Summer; Seasonal Breakdown

Summer and winter are polar opposites, but when you really take a step back, neither can survive without the other. The Earth needs winter to kill some of the insects or else there would just be too many and ants would overpopulate. While the summer helps plants and crops grow, providing a food source for the people of the Earth that can be eaten and converted into energy. Surplus being packaged and sent into storage facilities for when winter arrives and there is no time to grow food to eat. Quite frankly, the world would fall apart without seasons.
