The Monster Calls by Patrick Ness about Death!

In my humble opinion, “The Monster Calls” by Patrick Ness is one of the best books ever to be written. It is purely timeless. It shows a family struggling with an illness that cannot be cured. It shares with the reader the struggle and loss of what life gives you sometimes. It helps the reader realize that sometimes it isn’t the person who is sick that needs to be cured, but the person who is destroying themselves inside due to the fact the they care so much about the person who is sick. The book giving real insight on death and its role. How people fear it, but sometimes it is better to embrace it. When it is your time to go...it is hard but you have to float on.
